As the Head of Library Technology, Dhanushka provides leadership, management, budgetary oversight, and expertise to develop and execute the long-term technology strategy in support of the Libraries’ mission. Collaborate with library staff ,in the University of Miami Libraries [Richter, Architecture, Business, Marine Science, Medical, Music, Law], and UM Information Technology [UMIT] on technological needs and expectations. Lead the support and administration of enterprise applications. Implementing new technologies that support the Libraries’ research, learning and knowledge access agendas. Supervises the department responsible for the Libraries’ enterprise applications, computing infrastructure and AV room/event support.
