As the Director of Technology Strategy and Planning, Dhanushka provides leadership, management, budgetary oversight, and expertise to develop and execute the long-term technology strategy supporting the Libraries’ mission. Collaborate with library staff, in the University of Miami Libraries [Richter, Architecture, Business, Marine Science, Medical, Music, Law], and UM Information Technology [UMIT] on technological needs and expectations. Lead the support and administration of enterprise applications. Implementing new technologies that support the Libraries’ research, learning, and knowledge access agendas. Supervises the department responsible for the Libraries’ enterprise applications, computing infrastructure, and A/V room/event support.
