One Book, One U Common Reading Selection for 2020-2021
The One Book, One U program selects a book for each Spring semester to provide a shared educational experience in our university community, with longstanding attention to notions and practices of diversity, equity, and inclusion.  This year, we're excited that our common reading program has been expanded throughout 2020-21.  Look for upcoming events and activities, including opportunities for in-class and extracurricular dialogue sessions, a keynote presentation with the author, panel talks, film showings, and more!

Our selection for 2020-21 is Ijeoma Oluo's So You Want to Talk About Race, a New York Times bestselling "how-to manual" for considering race and racism and developing positive actions around creating a more racially just and equitable society.
